COVID-19 Update and Our Policy

COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is creating uncertainty for many of us in our daily lives.
We'd like to reassure you that here at Simple System we are open, fully stocked and delivering feed as normal.

We have taken a number of precautionary steps to protect our staff, our customers and our horses.

These measures include:

  • Moving our Head Office and Feed Line staff to working from home.
  • Putting a social distancing policy in place for our production and warehouse staff.
  • Regularly sanitising and deodorising our delivery vans with a special thermal fog to eliminate any germs, bacteria, spores and viruses.
  • Issuing our drivers with sanitary hand gels and wipes to cleanse their hands between each delivery

Our Feed Line continues to operate and our nutritionists can be contacted for feeding advice on 01728 604 008 or during normal office hours (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm).

Our Simple System van delivery service continues as normal and our drivers are able to leave your feed in a safe place, removing the need for direct contact. Simply write your instructions in the "delivery instructions" box when placing an order on our website, or let us know where you would like your feed left if you place your order by phone.

We will continue to send feed orders out via courier and DPD have also taken precautionary steps, which includes issuing sanitary hand gels and wipes to all their drivers. You can also request that DPD parcels are left in a safe place.

We continue to supply local stockists with our feeds and many of our stockists are open and now offer a click & collect service. Please use our Suppliers & Prices page to search for your nearest stockist.

We will keep you updated as the situation develops. Throughout this time, we will do everything we can to support our staff and our customers to ensure that horses continue to receive the very best feed.
