1.2 Incorrectly ordered items, which have been kept in suitable conditions, are allowable for return. Intention for the return of items must be communicated within 14 days of receipt of goods. In these cases, customers should return items within 14 days of cancellation at their own cost.
1.3 Damaged or faulty goods will only be replaced, refunded or credited upon receipt of the relevant physical or photographic evidence. In these cases, the cost of return for is to be incurred by Simple System Ltd.
1.4 Simple System Ltd. will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of the return of the goods, if that is earlier. That refund need not include the cost of outbound delivery or the cost of the return delivery.
2.1 It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any contagious diseases present at the delivery premises. Simple System Ltd. will be happy to deliver to the boundary of the premises or to an alternative address until written permission is given from the veterinary practice responsible for the site, stating it is safe to enter the premises. Restrictions are put in place for the security of all our customers, their animals and businesses.
3.1 An estimated latest delivery date will be provided at the time of order.
3.2 Risk passes from Simple System Ltd. to the customer upon delivery.
4.1 Simple System Ltd. require the active consent of the customer for all payments.
4.2 Customers will not be liable for any costs which they have not been informed about pre-contract.
