Balancers & Blends for Horses
A forage balancer is designed to do exactly that, help balance your horses forage-based diet by topping up the nutrients that are most commonly lacking in grazing and hay. Even horses at rest or in light work can have some nutritional deficiencies and for those in harder work, balanced nutrient supply is even more important.
At Simple System we offer a range of blends that come in a concentrated meal-like consistency (lower in calories and more economical) alongside a range of more traditional pelleted balancers (typically more palatable and easier to feed by themselves).
For many horses, our concentrated Total Eclipse or pelleted Simple Balance + will suffice but we also have more specialist options such as CB+ for the more reactive horse, MetaSlim for horses and ponies prone to laminitis or, FlexiBalance/Veteran Balance + for those needing joint support.
