Incorrectly ordered items, which have been kept in suitable conditions, are allowable for return. Intention for the return of items must be communicated within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us on 01284 810 043 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. In these cases, customers should return items within 14 days of cancellation at their own cost.
When applicable, Simple System Horse Feeds will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of the return of the goods, if that is earlier. That refund need not include the cost of outbound delivery or the cost of the return delivery.
