Damaged or faulty goods will only be replaced, refunded or credited upon receipt of the relevant physical or photographic evidence. In these cases, the cost of return for is to be incurred by Simple System Ltd. Please contact your point of purchase if not purchased directly through Simple System Ltd.

Right to cancel

Any order cancellation must be communicated to the Head Office (01371 870753) within 14 calendar days of receipt of goods. Please contact your point of purchase if not purchased directly through Simple System Ltd.

Incorrectly ordered items, which have been kept in suitable conditions, are allowable for return. Intention for the return of items must be communicated within 14 days of receipt of goods. In these cases, customers should return items within 14 days of cancellation at their own cost.

When applicable, Simple System Ltd. will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of the return of the goods, if that is earlier. That refund need not include the cost of outbound delivery or the cost of the return delivery.
