Success at Cannock Chase!

Ellie, the team and I had a very successful 64km at Cannock Chase yesterday. She went like an absolute dream and is coming on leaps and bounds in her fitness. We achieved almost exactly the heart rates and speeds that I'd been looking for, so I'm delighted.
