An opportunity has arisen to recruit a Business Support Manager join our Simple System family on a permanent basis.
Established in 1996, Simple System Horse Feeds have gone against the grain in the equine feed market, creating an entire feeding system from the perspective of what is right for horses. As such we have always had to innovate, working closely with farmers in the UK and abroad, developing our own production systems and forging our own path in the market.
Based at Symonds Farm, Risby, we are a small, close-knit team, now looking to the future with long standing staff moving up into management roles as our founders step back from day-to-day duties.
We are looking for an experienced, assertive and proactive individual to support our Operations Director, alongside managing our HR and Health & Safety responsibilities. The successful candidate will be highly organized with the ability to take the initiative on projects and work well with both the warehoand office teams, at the heart of day-to-day operations.
The Role
The key aim of the role is to ensure smooth running of operations across the company. There is some flexibility to the role being tailored towards the experience and skillof the successful candidate.
