Cappuccino

Cappa is a 21 year old Welsh sec B. He was diagnosed with Cushings 2 years ago and was on 1 1/2 Prascend tablets a day. He went off of his food and started to lose condition. I really wanted to try and reduce his dose and after speaking to one of your nutritionists I decided to change his food to Metaslim and lucie nuts. I had a blood test done to test his levels before introducing the food and he was just outside the normal range. I reduced his dose to 1 tablet a day at the same time as starting the Metaslim. After 5 weeks a second blood test showed he was well below the acceptable level, the lowest it has been during the last 2 years. I have now reduced his dose to 1/2 a tablet a day and will have a further blood test in a few weeks to make sure he is still in the normal range. My pony and I are thrilled, he is definitely a lot happier, loving his food and throwing himself around the field like a 4 year old. I cannot recommend Metaslim highly enough and have told everyone I know about it! I am surprised the vets are not talking about it!
