Time??

22 April 2014

Time seems to have flown past since I did my last blog! I cant believe we are nearly at the end of April already.  The horses moved to their summer grazing on the weekend and all are looking fat and happy.

So much has happened since my last blog; I have decided to retire Bloss from competition and am now looking for a sharer to hack her a couple of times a week for me.  She’s been amazing and I’m sure she would go on forever competing if I let her but financially I can’t afford to do everything and I need to be realistic.  Jupiter is now back in work and progressing nicely, we are hopefully going out for a lesson in a few weeks time if I feel he is ready.  He has been back in his normal routine for about 3 weeks now and all seems to be going well.

I am also in the midst of taking my UKCC and am up to my eyeballs in portfolio and lesson plans, not long until assessment day!  I have also booked my practice judging at the beginning of June so fingers crossed that goes well and then I can put in for my judges exam.

Hopefully I might have competition news to report next time as I should have been out on Jupiter by then depending on how he comes along – fingers crossed!
