Mr Darcy

I was recommended Simple Systems by a friend. I was at the end of my tether, my 17hh 16yr old TB, moved from Cornwall to Suffolk with me 18 months ago. He was not doing well on the lack of grass and the colder temperatures, so naturally decreased in weight quite rapidly. I was doing everything possible to keep weight on him. He was having 3 feeds a day which were buckets FULL to the brim of sugar beet, oils, build up mixes and cubes, hi-fi, readigrass...you name it he had it and nothing worked. I then started introducing him to Simple Systems Lucie Nuts and mixing it in with the sugar beet. The lucie nuts did help him gain weight, but not to the extent that he needed, so i contacted Simple Systems and explained my situation. Helen emailed me back almost instantly with a very thorough list of what I should be feeding him and why. This email was on the 4th November...... 2 months on and what a transformation. Darcy is FAT, his ribs are covered and he is so healthy! I have never in 9 years of owning him ever seen him looking this good. I have to admit I don't have a lot of time to ride him, but when I do he isn't fizzy or behaving like the typical TB,  he has a natural topline and is so shiny. Everyone at the yard cannot believe the transformation and neither can I, I am so pleased! He is now fed a scoop of Lucie Nuts, PuraBeet and and blue bag grass pellets combined, and 1/2 scoop of greengold, with cider vinegar twice a day  the bags of nuts last me 2 months minimum). I am never swapping foods it is by far the best horse feed I have ever had and the most economical. I am moving back to Cornwall next month and the first thing I did was to check I could buy Simple System in Cornwall....thank goodness  I can! THANK YOU Simple System!!
