Goodison

Goodie has always been difficult to keep weight on. He was very underweight when I got him and every winter has meant trying a different feeding regime to keep him healthy. Since I switched to Simple System he has put on over 30kg and looks the best he has ever done. I have actually been able to cut his food back for the first time! Personally I think he looks pretty good for a 29 year old poor doer Thoroughbred. Interestingly enough, his legs don't swell while he stands in overnight now and he's so lovely and warm he never needs anything more than a 200gm rug.
