TopNosh - Horse Feed of the Month May 2015

11 May 2015

With the show and competition season now under way, we need our horses to look extra special. It has been a late spring this year and the grass has not done us the favours we usually expect by now, so a few extras in the feed bowl will certainly help.

Bring on the TopNosh! This top up should be fed for extra condition and a fabulous coat. It has a high inclusion of full fat cooked linseed, an important source of essential omega 3, vital for all horses. TopNosh also contains lucerne for a good supply of top quality protein to build muscle and is full of anti-oxidants and carotene for Vitamin A. As it is naturally so low in sugar and starch, this feed will not hot up your horse nor trigger any underlying health issues. TopNosh can be added to the usual feed or dampened and fed on its own. Just the job!

Feed: in with the usual feed.
Use: 100g for every 100kg of horse and anything up to 3 times this amount, which is 500g to 1.5kg for an average 500kg horse.
Suitable for: all horses and ponies needing a bit extra. Result: Shiny coat and rippling muscles.
