The Simple System team had a fantastic evening at the British Equestrian Trade Association (BETA) Annual Gala Dinner and Business Awards on Monday. The evening got off to a great start as we were announced as the winner of the Social Media Award for 15 Hours & Under 🌟🏆 We are so delighted and would like to say a big thank you to all of our customers and followers. After an exquisite meal, the awards presentation continued. Our rider and long-standing customer, Georgie Wood, was a finalist for the BETA Sponsored Rider of the Year Award alongside William Fox-Pitt, Gemma Tattersall and Jess Dimmock. We were so excited for Georgie to have been nominated and get this far, she has worked so hard and achieved incredible results in 2017. The award was split into two categories this year - Amateur and Professional. We were absolutely ecstatic when Georgie Wood was announced as the winner of the BETA Amateur Sponsored Rider of the Year! 🍾 Congratulations to Georgie and a big well done. We are so happy and so proud - and truly can not think of anyone more deserving of this award. Congratulations also to William Fox-Pitt who won the BETA Professional Sponsored Rider of the Year Award. Finally, thank you to the British Equestrian Trade Association (BETA) for organising a wonderful event. It was great to catch up with friends, colleagues and customers and we are so proud to be a part of this fantastic and supportive industry.

Although it is traditional to wean at 6 months, this is actually too early. The foal’s important gut microbes are not fully up and running until the foal is 7.5 months old.
