We are seeking a motivated and experienced person to support the everyday running of Simple System Horse Feeds. The candidate must have good customer service, administrative and organisational skills, and a strong understanding of accounting and accuracy. The main responsibilities will focus around customer liaison, including order taking, processing of complaints along with daily processing of credit card payments. Experience and understanding of Sage Accounting would be beneficial. A knowledge of UK and European geography and experience of distribution would also be beneficial. Based at our offices in Risby, Suffolk, the position would suit someone with an interest in equine/rural life who has a flexible attitude, and the ability to work without supervision whilst also being a team member.
