Simple Systems HayCare is ten years old

10 years of Simple System HayCare!

10 November 2025

We're celebrating 10 years of HayCare!

When HayCare was created it was designed to be a direct replacement for hay - with like for like nutritional qualities - for those who could no longer chew well.

During its 10 years so far, it has become apparent that HayCare is so much more than a hay replacer. It has become a vital dietary component for many reasons - and for a great number of horses, ponies and other herbivores too!

HayCare is commonly used in a variety of ways, including for:

✅ Dust-sensitivities
✅ Those with poor dentition
✅ Older horses
✅ Youngstock undergoing dental changes
✅ Travelling and stay-away shows
✅ Providing enrichment
✅ Disguising medications
✅ Aiding hydration
✅ Post surgery and post dental work
✅ Feeding when hay is in short supply

We wish to thank customers for trusting HayCare - for whatever reason you choose to feed it. Special thanks goes those who have shared their horse's stories with us in the last 10 years. We have really enjoyed hearing them - and we hope to hear many more.
